Name: Toyako [洞爺]
Appearance: ...a normal wooden sword. Has [洞爺湖] inscribed upon the hilt. However it shines and flashes when charged with reiatsu, blue-white when normal and crimson-black for vaizard mode.
Attacks: After much training, Gintoki can now use Risu Usukairi [lit. Fractured/Broken Twilight] even when not in Bankai. Go him.

Bankai Information
Name: Giniro no Sora || Melee Type
[銀色の空 || lit. Sky of Silver/Silver Sky]

Based on the theory of the vibration of reiatsu particles, Gintoki's bankai makes the ones around him vibrate at a hyper-fast speed of about three million times per second, creating something like a shield around him and the ability to quickly use attacks that otherwise need a longer time to charge. He can also pack it around his limbs, allowing him to use a something like a fake version of shunpo as well as shunko, though the result is just about as good as the original. To prevent his own skin from being cut, there is a layer of reiatsu in-between his body and the vibrating particles so as to protect him from his own bankai. Due to the silvery glow that always surrounds him as a result of this, hence the name of his bankai is formed.

Gintoki can bend the vibrating particles around him to his will, allowing him to unleash it as waves, whole or in the case of Risu Usukairi [lit. Fractured/Broken Twilight] able to break apart to hone in separately upon his enemy like homing missiles. His other attack, Zokka no Shissou no Ookami [lit. Ballad of the Sprinting Wolf], pumps an excessive amount of reiatsu into his limbs and into Toyako, causing it to glow in accordance of which reiatsu he's using right now. He can twirl it in front of him to form a dense reiatsu shield that can withstand most attacks, or attack head on with it, the reiatsu vibrating around the blade akin to the workings of a chainsaw as it saws through other reiatsu-formed things. However, this second attack consumes a lot of reiatsu, and more often than not is only used as a last resort as using it more than twice will cause his inner hollow to emerge.

Toyako can also shift into his inner hollow's metallic blade, Hakukaze [lit. White Wind] when needed, usually when in Vaizard form. Attacks deal more damage then and blows dealt by it are sharper, due to the more condensed packing of the particles at this state. Also in transforming into this, it loses its earlier mention attacks, and are replaced with its own attacks: En'catre - Black Crescendo (in which its just a more powerful version of Risu Usukairi), Overture - White Noise (a move where Hakukaze is plunged into the ground and sends reiatsu bursting from the ground for sudden and massive damage) and Encore - Grey Sonneta (similar to Byakuya's Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, reiatsu particles surround him, and under his will to control).
